Khalil Muhsin

Khalil Muhsin is a Bay Area photographer originally from the state of Michigan. Educated in Washington, D.C. Khalil credits his inspiration for getting into photography to the urban decay in Detroit that was ever present in the abandoned buildings/spaces in Detroit. "They aspect of going into an abandoned home/warehouse/building growing up to photo was always so exciting to me. Because you had no idea what you would see and every room in every building/space/place told a different story. That really fueled my love for photography." Khalil has shot various festivals including Caribana in Toronto, Canada, he's traveled to Cuba, Jamaica, San Francisco and Detroit to work on various photography projects. Specialities include head and action shots, architecture, and event photography.
